About me

My name is Emily Watson and I was the 2009 Cadet British Taekwondo Champion, which I won in May 2009 at the Manchester Velodrome during a year that saw me go undefeated in all competitions.

I started my taekwondo training in 2003 and was awarded my Black belt in 2008. I train with Scorpion Taekwondo under the watchful eye of former Great Britain coach Master Peter Adamsons. My ambition is to fight at the European and World Championships, and then to represent Great Britain at the Olympic Games.

More recently I have represented Great Britain at the Cadet European Taekwondo Championships held in Georgia and I won the Bronze medal; this has been my greatest achievement to date.
